Terms and Conditions of Sale

1. Customer Obligations 1.1 You are responsible for selecting products that meet your requirements and determining their suitability for any particular purpose. If you have any doubts, please contact us for advice before placing an order. 1.2 You must ensure that all personal information, including shipping details, provided to us is accurate and up to date.

2. Payment 2.1 Payment must be cleared in full before goods are dispatched.

3. Delivery 3.1 Any stated delivery date is an estimate. While we will make reasonable efforts to meet this date, we cannot accept liability for delays. 3.2 Products are delivered at our risk. If a parcel arrives damaged, it must be signed for as "Damaged" or refused at the point of delivery. Customers must inspect the goods immediately upon receipt and notify us within 7 days of:

  • Damage caused in transit or,Missing or lost items.
    3.3 Parcels will not be considered lost in transit until 14 business days have elapsed after the expected delivery date. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued before this time. 3.4 No claims for loss or damage during delivery will be accepted if we are not informed within the specified time limit. Your statutory rights are not affected.

4. Warranty 4.1 All items come with a 12 month warranty. 4.2 If goods are found to be faulty, please contact our customer service team promptly. Faulty items may need to be returned for inspection to determine the cause of the issue. 4.3 Provided the goods have been used according to the manufacturer’s instructions and the fault is not due to misuse, we will offer a repair, replacement, or refund.

5. Returns 5.1 UK and EU customers have the right to cancel their purchase within the 14-day cooling-off period under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013. 5.2 To cancel your purchase, please contact us in writing and obtain a returns authorization code before sending items back. Goods returned without prior authorization will not be accepted and will be returned to the sender. 5.3 Buyers are responsible for the cost of return postage and ensuring that items are adequately insured during transit. Exceptions apply where items were sent in error or arrived damaged.

6. Exclusions from Returns 6.1 The following items are excluded from the 14-day money-back guarantee and cannot be returned:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Downloadable items after they have been accessed

  • Perishable goods

  • Items damaged after the customer has receive them

  • Items returned by someone other than the original purchaser

  • Items sold as faulty

7. Canceling Orders 7.1 You may cancel your order before the goods are dispatched by contacting us as soon as possible. 7.2 If items have already been dispatched, cancellation will not be possible until the goods are returned to us.

8. Refunds 8.1 Refunds may be subject to deductions if returned items are found to have been handled beyond what is necessary, reducing their value.

9. Governing Law 9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. For EU customers, relevant consumer protection laws and regulations in your country of residence also apply.
