Shipments and returns

We proudly offer affordable worldwide shipping on all orders.

Orders are typically dispatched within 1-2 working days after payment is received. Please note that custom or personalized orders may require additional processing time.

We select the most suitable delivery method based on the size and weight of your package. However, we cannot guarantee a specific courier service for your shipment.

Shipping fees include handling, packaging, and postage costs. Transportation fees are determined by the total weight of the shipment. To minimize costs, we recommend combining items into a single order, as separate orders may incur additional shipping charges.

For international shipments (outside the UK), buyers are responsible for paying any import duties, taxes, tariffs, or customs fees that may apply to their order upon arrival in the destination country. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping cost unless clearly stated otherwise and must be paid by the recipient. We strongly recommend checking with your local customs office for more information on potential charges before placing your order.

Please note that any stated delivery date is an estimate. While we strive to meet these dates, we are unable to accept liability for delays. Refunds or replacements cannot be issued until at least 14 business days have passed beyond the estimated delivery date.

If no one is available to receive your parcel upon delivery, the courier will leave a calling card. It is the customer's responsibility to arrange a redelivery or collect the package from the local delivery depot. Failure to do so may result in the parcel being returned to us, and additional delivery charges may apply for redelivery.

Important notice for USA buyers

Please be advised that as of August 29, 2025, the De Minimis exemption for low value imports into the United States is scheduled to end.

This means that orders shipped to the U.S after this date. may be subject to import duties, taxes, and/or fees after this date, regardless of the order value.

As far as we are aware these fees will only be applicable for packages sent via the standard international mail services and orders placed for shipping via the express delivery option (which are delivered via UPS or Fedex) will have all the relevant import fees paid up front. So for peace of mind US customers may want to upgrade to the express delivery to ensure no additional fees are payable before they would be able to receive their packages until we know more about how the import fees will be handled by US customs.

Returns Policy

Under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013, UK and EU citizens have the right to cancel and return purchased items within 14 calendar days from the day the goods are received for a refund. To exercise this right, please notify us in writing either via our Contact Us page or by postal correspondence at: 8 Pope Street, Bootle, Merseyside, L20 4PH.

Once we’ve received your cancellation request, you will have an additional 14 calendar days to return the items or provide proof of dispatch by sharing tracking information for the return. Please note that buyers are responsible for return postage costs and ensuring the items are insured against loss or damage during transit, unless the item was sent to you in error or arrived damaged.

If you wish to cancel your order prior to receiving the goods, cancellation may be possible if the items have not yet been dispatched. However, if the items have already been shipped, we will need to wait for their return before processing your refund request, as it is typically not feasible to stop delivery once a parcel is in transit.

Please be aware that certain circumstances may prevent a return under the 14-day money-back policy. These include:

  • Items that have been customized or personalized to the buyer specification

  • Downloadable items once they have been accessed

  • Perishable goods

  • Items damaged after receipt

  • Items returned by someone other than the original purchaser

  • Items originally sold as faulty

Additionally, we reserve the right to make deductions from your refund if returned items are deemed to have been handled beyond what is necessary, reducing their value.
